Choosing your Domain name is FUN!
It's also a very important factor in presenting an eye-catching yet practical first impression. When selecting a domain name, you will want to create a list of names that describe what it is that you do, or what service you offer, or what message you wanrt to first convey to a visitor to your site. Also, the top level domain name is consideration. The top level domain name is the smaller group of letters that follow the domain name iitself. Examples would be: .com, .net, .org, and so on.Generally, the top level domain denotes some mutual charactoristics with other domains sharing that same top level domain. Example: most retail/sales sites use .com - most charitable or societal websites use .org
Note: your preferred domain name may not be availble if someone else is already using that name. That is why it is best to brainstorm and list as many
choices as possible from which to choose.
